Problem with driver DRV8825: Vref=0

Hello, I’m new here and not the best with electronics. I want to control a stepper motor (Nema17) with a driver DRV8825. For that I need to set the voltage of the driver, Vref, to 0.75V. However, whenever I try taking the voltage, I always have 0v, even after turning the potentiometer screw of the driver. I’ve seen this post: DRV8825 current limiting issue: VREF always zero and I’ve done the same assembly as this one: Pololu - DRV8825 Stepper Motor Driver Carrier, High Current but it still doesn’t work. I can mesaure Vmot and have the right value but Vref is always 0v. Here are some pictures of the assembly:

Unfortunately, the driver shown in your picture is not made by us, and we cannot offer support for drivers that we did not make. (Also, the problem you’re describing sounds like one of the known issues with some knock-off DRV8825 drivers.)

If you want to try our genuine stepper motor drivers, you can order directly from us or from one of our authorized distributors who carries them.
