Yes, that does appear to be one of our A4988 Stepper Motor Driver Carrier, Black Edition boards.

I just want to confirm that the number of the burnt chip is 629L. However, your A4988 Stepper Motor Driver Carrier, Black Edition has 262H. Does not it matter?

That particular marking appears to differ for each batch of chips, so it is not concerning that they do not match.
