VNH5019 arduino shield not working

Hi

I have bought 4 VNH5019 arduino shields pololu.com/product/2507 to use with arduino UNO R3, i followed the user guide: solder pins, download library from github,…

I use a external 12v power suppply for the motor and want to use usb arduino port to power the ardu so i don’t use the jumper.

I can load the sketch and open the serial monitor, i get:

  • Dual VNH5019 Motor Shield
  • M1 current:0
    -…
  • M2 current:0

But no leds in the shield are ON and motor not spin…

What can i check =???

Hello.

Could you tell me more about your setup? How many shields do you have connected to you Arduino? Could you post a picture showing all your connections?
