Tic stepper speed control Encoder

Hello
I would like to use the Tic T249 stepper control for a project.
Is there a possibility to easily change the scaling (Pre/Postscaler) of the encoder speed control without Computer software ?!

Maybe with SPI or with the Arduino library…unfortunately I didn’t find anything there.

The encoder prescaler and postscaler settings are stored in the Tic’s non-volatile memory and can only be changed through USB (e.g. through the Tic Control Center, ticcmd Command-Line Utility, or the USB-only Set setting command).
