One of my two TIC 500 enter in Motor Driver error and then Safe start violation as soon it is energized “Click on resume” on TIC Control Center, How I can understand the route cause?

I am sorry to hear you are having problems with your Tic T500 Stepper Motor Controller. The meaning of the safe start violation error varies depending on how you are using the Tic. You can find some information about it in the “Error handling” section of the Tic user’s guide. Could you post me details about the input mode you are using and what you are sending it (or how you’re controlling it)? Also, could you post some pictures of your setup that show all of your connections as well as a copy of your Tic settings file? You can save a copy of your settings file from the “File” drop-down menu of the Tic Control Center while the controller is connected.
