TB6612FNG Dual Motor Driver Carrier pin question

Dear Forumusers

I have a question about the A/bIn pins. What do they do ?And how do i need to impelemt them in programming?
Whit best regards Ben

Hello.

AIN1, AIN2, BIN1, and BIN2 are input pins whose states affect the behavior of the channel A (AO1, AO2) and channel B (BO1, BO2) outputs. The “H-SW Control Function” truth table inside the TB6612FNG motor driver datasheet shows the relationship between the IN and OUT pins. Useful information for our products, such as datasheets, can be found under the “Resources” tab of their product pages, as it is with this motor driver carrier.

Generally, for that driver, a PWM signal is applied to the PWMA and PWMB pins, and digital high and low signals are applied to the AIN1, AIN2, BIN1, and BIN2 pins.
