Hi, i’m building a reprap prusa, but something fried my arduino and my pc usb port. Now I’m testing all my elettronic and i try to set the current limit of drv8825. But the tension of Vref is 12V! i’m supplying the motor driver with a 12V so i looked for short between Vmot and Vref and i found a short! is it normal? in the picture you can see where i find the short.

It is not normal for there to be a short between VMOT and VREF. It was probably damaged by whatever damaged your Arduino and USB port.
