i am nterested in using a 2268 motor with shaft as a linear actuator. What tic with soldered lugs should i purchase? Do you sell power supplies for them? can you recommend a similar steppermotor without threaded shaft for me to use with other project. i woulds like to stay with common parts like brackets and things so I can interchange.

I suggest our Tic T249 USB Multi-Interface Stepper Motor Controller for those stepper motors.
You can use a wall power adapter like this to power the Tic and stepper motor. You might also consider this barrel jack adapter so you do not need to cut the barrel plug off for connections:
This stepper is the same motor without the threaded rod.
