SIGABRT Error While Executing Native Code on Raspbian

Trying to get Pololu motor controller 18v15 to respond to raspberry pi 2 connected with usb through SmcCenter but SmcCenter keeps crashing on launch with this error message.
----Got a SIGABRT error while executing native code. This usually indicates a fatal error in the mono run-time or one of the native libraries used by your application.-----

I am sorry you are having trouble with your Simple Motor Controller. Unfortunately, we do not support running the Simple Motor Control Center software on ARM processors. The GUI library we use (Windows Forms) does not work well in Mono on an ARM processor. The error message you are getting is probably coming from within Windows Forms, and I do not have any suggestions for how to fix it. You will probably be able to run our command line utility (SmcCmd) on your Raspberry Pi in order to control the motors, but you will need to use another computer if you want to run the Simple Motor Control Center.
