RS485 and the Jrk 21v3 USB Motor Controller

I was looking at this: https://www.pololu.com/docs/0J38/4.h and I saw that it was possible to have a master and multiple slave device arrangement. Would it be possible to daisy chain multiple Jrk 21v3 motor controllers and use RS485 and use the TX and RX as an A+ and B-?

Hello.

The jrk does not accept RS485 signals. If you want to use RS485 to communicate with the jrks, you might consider getting some RS485 to TTL serial adapters to convert the signal to something the jrks can read.
