I moved your post to the Motor controllers/driver and motors section of the forum since it seems more appropriate.
We do not have a product specifically intended to do that, but you could make a system like that using a small programable controller and motor driver. For example, you could use something like our A-Star 32U4 Micro (or one of our other Arduino-compatible A-Star controllers) and program it with a simple sketch to drive the actuator how you described through a separate motor driver. Several of our motor drivers would work with the #4950 actuator; using either the TB9051FTG carrier or the TB67H420FTG driver carrier in single-channel mode would be good options.
