I have questions regarding the DRV8835 dual motor driver carrier and the A- Star 32U4 MIcro. Will a 3.7 v Lipo battery be sufficient as a power supply for each piece?

The A-Star 32U4 Micro, as mentioned on it’s product page, has an operating voltage range of 5.5V to 15V, so a single cell LiPo battery will not be enough to power it. You might consider adding a step-up voltage regulator to boost your battery voltage to an appropriate level. Alternatively, you might consider using the A-Star 32U4 Mini LV or ULV, which have built in regulators to allow a minimum operating voltage of 2.7V and 0.5V respectively.
