I use MD01B to drive a DC motor, I use a 4khz PWM singal to control speed of motor. In low duty cycle the temperature of VNH3SP30 become very high and then over temperature shut down occur, can anybody help me?

Can you tell me more about your setup? Do you have a datasheet for the motor you are using? What kind of power supply are you using? What do you have the board connected to? Can you post pictures here that show the board and your setup?
