Pololu Qik 2s12v10 motor driver that we purchased is not yet working. we have tried the demo program from the PololuQIK library provided. There is no response from the motor driver.

I am sorry you are having trouble with your qik. Instead of running the Qik2s9v1Demo sketch, can you try placing your qik in the jumper-enabled demo mode to test it? You can learn how to do under the Connecting the Qik section of the qik’s user’s guide, which you can find under the Resources tab of the qik’s product page. Does your qik perform that demo correctly?
