I have some RPM sensors from Hobby Wing that outputs RPM in PWM. I am wondering if these can be read by the pololu maestro 18/24 channel boards. If not, are there any other boards that can read PWM rpm signals?

Measuring a PWM signal is not practical with the Maestro, but you could probably use an Arduino or one of our Arduino-compatible A-Star programmable controllers.
