I just bought 2 of those and connected each one of them to test the encoders but for one of the motors, its encoders are not responding. I think it’s busted?? I got it like that so am i covered with some warranty for faulty manufacturing by Pololu??
I am sorry you are having problems with your encoders. We do not offer blanket warranties since our products are so easy to damage through misuse, but we stand by our products and work with customers to resolve any problems. We test every unit, so both of your encoders were probably working at some point. Can you tell me more specifically how you are testing them and post some pictures of your setup?
