Motor controller recommendation with closed loop

Hello,

I want to buy this motor (https://www.pololu.com/product/4890) because I need to do a slow movement at constant speed.

Well, also I need to buy the controller with the H bridge but also compatible with the encoder of the motor. I don’t want to spend time programming and also I prefer to buy a controller where I can install a PID controller for the speed.

Somebody can recommend me a controller that fulfill the requirements?

You might consider the RoboClaw 2x7A, which supports encoders and has many control input options.

I suggest looking through the controller’s user’s manual to see if that looks like a good option for you. You can find the user’s guide under the “Resources” tab of the RoboClaw’s product page.
