Can the 4697 be use with torque of 460 kg*mm. Operating cycle is of duration of about 15 seconds at a time.

Applying that much torque would overload and damage the gearmotor. As noted on the product page, the recommended upper limit for continuously applied loads on our 37D gearmotors is 100 kg-mm (150 oz-in), and the recommended upper limit for instantaneous torque is 250 kg-mm (350 oz-in).
