guys if i have a 30:1 Micro Metal Gearmotor( pololu.com/product/998) can i swap their gearbox such that i can make a 30:1 Micro Metal Gearmotor HP??

Unfortunately, the gearboxes of those two motors cannot be directly swapped because the pinion gears on them are different. Since the pinion gear is press fit onto the motor shaft, I do not know if it is possible or how well it would work to try and swap the pinions gears between those motors.
