I have a motor actuator connected to a Pololu JRK G2 21 v and it is set up in a way rhat I can change its position from 0 to 4095 and it should move, 12 V power supply goes to VIN. everytime I set the target, nothing happens to the motor and it doesnt move, I see that in the status tab, Feedback is stuck at 235 smth and is at 0.23 V. Current is 0mA and VIN reads 12.3V. It throws error that Motor is running at max duty cycle for any target more than 675 and says motor is running for targets below. In either case, motor doesnt run!

I am sorry to hear you are having problems with your Jrk 21v3. Could you post a copy of your Jrk settings file? You can save a copy of your settings file from the “File” drop-down menu of the Jrk Configuration Utility software while the controller is connected. Also, could you post more details about your setup, such as what power supply and motor you are using, as well as details about your connections?
