Maestro Maestro 12 / Mini Maestro 18 channel

Hi.
I’m newbie.
What is the maximum amperage that these boards can be used to power the servos connected?
thank’s

Hello.

The traces for the Maestro’s servo power rail can handle about 6A, and each header pin can handle around 3A. We generally recommend splitting the power rail into separate banks if the combined current draw of the devices connect to the rail exceeds 6A, and we also recommend powering your devices separately from the Maestro if their individual current draw is greater than 3A. You can read more about separating your servos into banks in this forum thread. Additional pictures showing the cuttable trace locations can be found in the “Mini Maestro Pinout and Components” section of the Pololu Maestro Servo Controller User’s Guide.
