I’m looking for the data sheet for the old Orion Robotics RoboClaw 2x60A Pololu - RoboClaw 2x60A. I’m a high school Mechatronics Engineering Instructor, and we have one. I’m going to buy some of the new RoboClaw 2x60A Motor Controller, but I still want to get this running some classroom motors… any one have a link to the old RoboClaw 2x60A Pololu - RoboClaw 2x60A datasheet and user guides?

Unfortunately, we do not have any older versions of the RoboClaw user’s manuals available. You might try checking with the manufacturer, Basicmicro, to see if they have what you are looking for.
