I’m using JRK G2 with 37D motor.
37D motor is integrated to winch.
When there is no weight on it all is perfect.
When rolling up with weigh all is perfct.
but when rolling down with weigh, I have issues with the jrk that make default when I need to stop.
I tryed brake and coast and both no work.
I understand that in this case motor is working as generator, and the current flow back to dc power.
Dc power is not made for this.
So I’m looking for find any solution, If you can help me…

If your only problem is current flowing back to your power supply, then you might be able to solve that with either a TVS diode or one of our shunt regulators, but it will probably require a good amount of testing to figure out if either of those would work since it will depend on a number of different factors like the characteristics of your motor, your load, and how much power you need to dissipate.
If that is not the only problem, could you try explaining more clearly what you are expecting to happen and what is happening instead? Some pictures of your setup that show all of your connections as well as a copy of your Jrk’s settings file would also be helpful. You can save a copy of your settings file from the “File” drop-down menu of the Jrk G2 Configuration Utility.
