Help to find out exact pololu motor type

Hi there,

I have a Pololu micro gear motor used in a system someone in my company built long time ago and I have no proper documentation other than it is a Pololu motor with 1:1000 gear ratio.

What is known is that it has no encoder, it rotates slowly (approximately 8 RPM according to my check) and it has a number printed on it (seems like 182F3C).

I am trying to figure out which motor ts this based on pololu catalog and I think it is most probably 1000:1 Micro Metal Gearmotor LP 6V (13 RPM) but how can I be sure? is the number on it 182F3C can help?

Thanks.

Hello.

Are you sure that motor was from us? There are a lot of motors that look like ours out there, and that marking does not match with any labeling we currently use on our motors. The performance specs you listed sound similar to our 1000:1 Micro Metal Gearmotor LP 6V, so it might be a suitable replacement.

For reference, here is a link to our full selection of Micro Metal Gearmotors.
