Getting 24v constant output from Motor Driver

Hi,

For my project there is a brake on a motor that needs a constant 24v and 0.56A to work.
I am using the Pololu Dual G2 High-Power Motor Driver 24v18 Shield for Arduino

One of the outputs is being used to drive a 24v motor.
My question is if its possible to use the other output to supplie a constant 24v voltage?

I dont fully understand how the driver works and was curious if it was possible.

Hello, Ivar.

Yes, if you set the output to 100% duty cycle, that will output a constant voltage equal to the motor supply voltage applied to VIN.
