I bought a Pololu dual MC33926 Motor shield that i wanted to use with an arduino uno to gain a deplacement for both directions and to get the actual position for each moment,
But the library delivered with it too limited so i couldn’t find much functions to use in order to get what recomended…
Could you advise me please to know more about the utility of this product?

That motor shield only sends voltage to the motors, it does not monitor the position of the motor. You would need to add some sensor to monitor the position of the motor and write some code to control the motors appropriately. If you are looking for a product with a position control algorithm built in you might consider our jrk 21v3, which has a built in PID algorithm using analog voltage position feedback from a sensor like a potentiometer.
