I am hoping to get sample program using this driver running my motor 10 steps ahead and 10 steps back. Anyone can share a sample please , Is there a sample in library perhaps?.

What microcontroller are you using? If you are using an Arduino-compatible board, you can find some demonstration code in the “Setting the Current Limit on Pololu Stepper Motor Driver Carriers” blog post, which is linked to on the “On the blog” tab of the DRV8825 carrier’s product page. That example steps the motor 50 times then switches direction with each loop.
