I am Using CNC shield to control stepper motor(NEMA 17),my stepper motor vibrates a lot and doesnt move and also i am getting 12 volt per phase of the coil,is it good indication
how much voltage must ge going to per coil of stepper motor

Does your CNC shield use our stepper motor driver carrier boards? If so, could you post pictures of one of the carriers and your complete setup? What are you using to supply power? It would also be helpful if you post links to documentation for your motors and shield.

From your link it looks like your CNC shield comes with drivers that we do not make, so if those are the ones you are using we cannot offer much help with them. I recommend contacting the manufacturer of your shield or driver boards for help troubleshooting.
