Difference between "bulk" and "no bulk" stepper motor driver?

2 differents type of stepper motor driver are sold :

  • bulk stepper motor driver
  • stepper motor driver

what is the difference between them ?

the schematic seems to be the same but it’s not representative of reality.
does this have something to do with bulk capacitance?

Hello,

The bulk-packaged version of those stepper motor driver carriers require a minimum order quantity of five units. This option is intended for customers interested in higher volumes at lower unit costs.

Both versions are otherwise identical.
