I want to connect VNH3SP30 Motor Driver Carrier MD01B with the pdf schematic I attached.I don’t want to change anything in the schematic. I want to know how to connect VNH3SP30 Motor Driver Carrier MD01B with the circuit in schematic.Which pins go where ? 
I have also attached the original motor driver (MotorHbridge.pdf) schematic.I just want to replace it with VNH3SP30 Motor Driver Carrier MD01B

I don’t think you have given me enough information to help you. Do you have a question about our VNH3SP30 motor driver carrier? Do you mean you want to replace the H-bridge in your schematic with our motor driver carrier? Do you want to PWM the Clockwise and Anticlockwise inputs to the H-bridge?

Yes i want to replace old H bridge with your motor driver but without pwm. Because the processor schematic has no pwm.

For the logic, I think you can connect Clockwise to INA, Anticlockwise to INB, GND to GND, and 5V to PWM and 5V (IN). I recommend posting a schematic of your proposed connections for us to check before connecting power.
The internal schematic of a Torxis servo is roughly a jrk connected to a motor and a potentiometer that tracks the motor rotation.

I dropped the idea to use VNH3SP30 Motor Driver Carrier. I decided now to use Jrk as its more powerfull. I don’t want to make any changes in the processor.pdf schematic.Can you please tell me how I can join Jrk to the schematic.Which pins of jrk go where in Schematic.

It is not simply a matter of “which pins go where”. I think you are going to have to actually understand how that schematic you linked to works and compare that to the documentation we have for our products.
