Is there any source for CAD files for the stepper motors??

We do not currently have CAD models for our stepper motors, but it is something we are currently working on. If you email us at support@pololu.com and tell us which specific motor you are interested in, we might be able to get you a preliminary model.

SS2422-50XE100 42×31.5mm Sanyo pancake stepper motor with encoder.

Unfortunately, we do not have a CAD model of that stepper motor with encoder yet, but in the meantime, there is a dimension diagram for that in the stepper motor datasheet, which is available on the product page under the resources tab.
If it is helpful, we could also get you with a preliminary CAD model of that stepper motor without the encoder. Please email us at support@pololu.com and reference this forum thread if that is something you would be interested in.
