What is the best motor controller to use with this DC brushed motor? https://www.pololu.com/product/2284 I am planning a four wheel drive robot with four of these motors powered by NiMH batteries using an Arduino Due for control.

We generally recommend using a motor driver that has a continuous current rating that is greater than the stall current of the motor it is driving. In the related products column on the right side of that motor’s product page, you can find some motor controllers and drivers that work with that motor. I recommend reading their product pages to determine which would be most suitable for your project.
