Are DIR and PWM pins of 18V13 pulled low?

Are DIR and PWM pins of 18V13 pulled low so that an opto-isolated interface could reliably control direction as shown in attached image?

Hello,

We do not have any motor drivers or controllers with 18v13 in their name, but from your diagram it looks like you are asking about our G2 High-Power Motor Driver 24v13. That board’s driver chip does have internal pull-down resistors on both the DIR and PWM pins.

By the way, it looks like the circuit in your diagram would cause the driver to run the motor at all times, with only the direction varying according to the switch. Is that what you want?

Oh yes, I did mean to type 24v13 instead of 18v13. I will also use a separate switch circuit for the PWM input, instead of having it tied high as shown. Thanks.
