Could you try checking the Event Viewer to see what is being reported? You can do so by following these steps:
- Run Event Viewer (search for “Event Viewer” in the start menu).
- In the left panel, expand “Windows Logs” and select “Application”.
- Look for recent events in the middle panel with the “Source” listed as “.NET Runtime” and choose it.
- Post a screenshot showing what it says in the bottom panel (you will probably need to resize the window to get it to fit).
