I have a number of Zumo 32U4 OLED Sumo Robots that are not recognized by Windows 10 and Arduino IDE
Yes, we plugged in the robot before installing the A-Star drivers…
Is there any way to force Windows to recognize the drivers?
Re-Installing the A-Star drivers does nothing, uninstalling all the Windows USB drivers does nothing
Does anyone know how to fix this?
Thank you!
Hello, Paul.
From the post you made here, it sounds like you were able to get it working, but if that is not the case, please let me know and we can look into it further.
Brandon
Hello Brandon,
Yes, I was able to get the Zumo 32U4 OLED Sumo robot working with a proper USB Micro B data cable
It was supplied with a short power-only cable, I had thought that this cable was tested, but whoever supplied the cable had not tested it
Live and Learn… (I prefer Live and Let Die…)
Thank you
