ZUMO 32U4 can't to upload

Bonjour,

I have been using the Zumo 32U4 robot in my school project for almost a month, but recently I can no longer upload the program robot to the robot. Indeed I have a red LED that lights up during the upload and a yellow LED that stays on constantly.Here is the error code;

Thank you for a answer

Hello.

It looks like your Arduino IDE is unable to connect to COM7. If you have not already done so, you should make sure that COM7 is the correct port and no other program is using that port.

Can you try uploading the Blink sketch using the uploading-before-bootloader method described under the “Reviving using the Arduino IDE” section of the Zumo 32U4 Robot User’s Guide? Also, can you try using a different USB cable (one you know is working) and USB port to see if that changes anything?
