I can’t connect my MacBook to the Zumo 32U4. I tried different ways but nothing happened. How do I connect the Zumo.

Can you elaborate on what you mean by “nothing happened”? What have you tried to get the Zumo 32U4 robot to work on your MacBook? If you have not already done so, I strongly recommend reading the Pololu Zumo 32U4 Robot User’s Guide for explicit details on how to connect and program the Zumo.

I have installed the Arduino program for Mac system, then I connected Zumo to my MacBook, but the port name (“/dev/tty.usbmodem”) which is indicated in the instruction for Zumo has not appeared. The port named «dev/cu.usbmodem» appeared instead. And a port error message appeared when I tried to send a sketch to Zumo.

It sounds like a connection issue. Can you try using a different USB cable (one you know is working) to see if that fixes the issue? Can you also try using a different USB port and a different computer if possible?
