WIXEL and RS232 connection problem

Hi all,
I recently bought wixel and don’t have much knowledge about it.
I am trying to interface wixel with friendly ARM mini2440. All i want to do is to read input through ARM kit and transmit it through one wixel to another. I tried to interface wixel with ARM kit through RS232 cable’s port but couldn’t . Any suggestions???

I suggest to start by carefully reading through the user guide for the Wixel, so kindly provided by the Pololu folks. pololu.com/docs/0J46
