VL53L0X serial output 65535

Hi everyone,

I have 2 of the Pololu vl53l0x sensors which I would eventually like to implement in a single circuit via I2C. But for some reason, after hooking it up straight to the Arduino and the Arduino straight to the laptop, the codes I use, from pololu or adafruit or others, the serial output displays 65535 continuously or timeout.

What is going on?

Do you have both of the sensors connected to the I2C bus at the same time? Can you post pictures of the sensor boards and your connections including any soldered connections you have made?
