What are the mosfet specs in schematics .I need these components for i2c bus shifting.I try the nmos irlz series mosfet but i did not successed

We do not commit to a specific MOSFET for those boards, but since it sounds like you are just wanting to shift your I2C signals, you could consider using our stand-alone [0][Logic Level Shifter] to do that.
