Using "Pololu G2 High-Power Motor Driver 18v17"

Dear community,
Hope you all are safe and sound.

I am considering using the " Pololu G2 High-Power Motor Driver 18v17" product to produce a high-power AC signal (<10 Hz) to connect an inductive coil and generate an alternating magnetic field.

As such, I am wondering if this board can address my requirement by setting the pins in the following configuration:

PIN: PWM- set always high (say +20V to have an output of 20V)
PIN: DIR: provide +10 and -10V AC input to toggle high and low for OUTA and OUTB, respectively.

I would be happy to receive your comments. Also, Plz suggest to me if there are any better options!

Best regards,

Hello.

Our G2 High-Power Motor Drivers are only capable of outputting PWM singals, and it is not clear if that is what you want. As for controlling those drivers, they cannot handle negative voltages and their maximum logic level is 5V. You can find more details about how the 18v17 G2 driver is intended to be used in its product page description.
