Using multiple S13V25F12 to achieve 15A?

The D24V150F12 was looking perfect for my needs until i saw the 14.5V min input, which wont work with a 4S battery pack that is going to drop from 16.8V to ~12.4V. So i looked at step-up/down regulators, and they only have a max of 2.5A output. I need 15A max (Not sure why you don’t offer higher amperage models on these, for high power battery driven devices).
So then i was wondering could i just use 6 of the S13V25F12, to acheive the needed 15A?
Run the battery into all 6 modules, and then join all 6 outputs to the load for 12V 15A?

Hello.

We do not recommend connecting multiple regulator outputs in parallel, though if it is possible for you to split the load so several smaller regulators could power each part separately, that would be okay. You can find more details about why paralleling regulators can be problematic in this forum thread:

However, we just released this power ORing module:

You could use three of those on six supplies and wire the outputs directly together to get six-way power ORing.
