USB AVR Arduino

Hi, I just got my Pololu USB AVR 2.1 and I installed the drivers and utility in my windows 10.

The Config utility can see it just fine and I can change settings. I’ve enabled the VCC to 5v.

COM9 is the programming port according to device manager and the config utility

I used board manager to get the A-star 328PB board as a choice. The version is 5V 16Mhz.

Programmer is set to Atmel STK500

I used Sketch/Upload using programmer.

When I go into Arduino IDE to program my A-Star 328PB, I get the following and not sure why the device signature is wrong:

    avrdude: Version 6.3-20171130
     Copyright (c) 2000-2005 Brian Dean, http://www.bdmicro.com/
     Copyright (c) 2007-2014 Joerg Wunsch

System wide configuration file is "C:\Program Files (x86)\Arduino\hardware\tools\avr/etc/avrdude.conf"

     Using Port : COM9
     Using Programmer : stk500

An error occurred while uploading the sketch

I tried to flash the bootloader and got this:

avrdude done. Thank you.

I got it working, not sure how. I just uninstalled and reinstalled everything and deleted the a-start library and re-installed also.
