UM6 and MinIMU-9 V2

Just want to know if the fusion sensors´s maths involved in the UM6 is the same as the one in the MinIMU-9 V2, or the firmware.
Considering that the UM6 was developed by CH Robotics, isn´t it?


Unlike the UM6, the MinIMU-9 v2 does not include an onboard processor to perform sensor fusion; it is simply a carrier board that allows the sensors’ raw readings to be accessed. We do have an Arduino program that calculates an orientation from the MinIMU-9 outputs, which is ultimately based on ArduIMU code, but I do not think it has much in common with the UM6 firmware.
