U3V12F12 Vout = Vin

Hi there,

I purchased 4x U3V12F12 voltage converters with the intention of boosting input from at ~ 3.7v LiOn battery to 12V for use with an Arduino Nano.

I’ve noticed that the Vout of the U3V12F12 and the Vin are identical; that is the Vout of the converter is showing as 4.0v. This is pretty much equivalent to an internal short within in the converter.

Is the converter shot?

Hello.

Since it seems like you have four regulators not working in the same way, I suspect there is an issue in your setup. What type of load, if any, do you have connected to VOUT? Can you post pictures that clearly show your current setup and connections?
