Trigging Servo with audio

Hello, I’m wondering if there is a way to configure a Maestro 12 input channel to take an audio signal and use that to trigger servo movement? Basically an audio recording to automatically trigger the servo to move based on the signal level from the audio.

Looking for a way to have various sound recordings trigger a mouth movement… I appreciate the help.

I moved your post to the “Servo controllers and servos” section of the forum since it is about the Maestro.

Depending on the audio signal, you might be able to have the Maestro read it directly as an analog voltage with a custom script. However, the Maestro does not have any special support for handling raw audio signals, and what it can do with analog inputs is limited, so you might need to do some additional processing/filtering to get the desired information from the signal (possibly involving external hardware).
