Are there any VL53L1X size equivalent ToF sensors that would have bigger Field of View than 27 degrees and able to measure up to at least a metre.
I also found VL6180X, but it ranges only to about 10 cm.

Unfortunately, we do not have any ToF sensors other than those two and the VL53L0X (which has a similar FoV). You might consider other types of distance sensors if that is an option for you; in particular, the Maxbotix sonar range finders are available in a range of beam angles that are well characterized.
