Yes, it is possible the send commands to the Tic while it is moving the motor. The commands generally have an immediate effect. Depending on the situation, those commands can change how long the Tic takes to reach its original destination or prevent it from getting there at all.

I have made some trials, it seems that i can send a command 300ms before the end of the old path without any change of this path. and the new command change smoother than if i send the command just when the old path is finish.
