Hi

I’m using the Tic 36v4.

I need to know the rating of the dual MOSFETS (half-bridge) on the board.
Could share the datasheet of the MOSFETS?

Hi.

We do not disclose or commit to the MOSFETs used on the Tic 36v4. As we state on the Tic 36v4 product page, it can handle about 4A without additional cooling. If you have some other specific questions about the controller, I might be able to help.
