I would like to make a tester for my jumpers that I make using .1" crimp connectors. Does any one have a suggestion of what can be easily used to verify that a jumper is not faulty? i make 20+ custom jumper cables at a time and, even though I try carefully crimp the wire ends, I am having problems with faulty connections.

You might consider making a simple continuity tester that uses an LED for each wire to show that your harness has a good connection for each.
